This version blends soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and honey for the ultimate sticky Asian BBQ glaze. It’s perfect for noodle bowls, stir‑fried chicken, grilled seafood, and crispy tofu.
✅ Ingredients
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
