🥤 Pineapple Juice Recipe (Sri Lankan Style – Fresh & Refreshing)

🍍 Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup cold water (or coconut water for extra flavor)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 4–5 ice cubes
  • Pinch of salt (optional – enhances sweetness)

🥣 Method

1. Prepare the pineapple

  • Peel, core, and chop the pineapple into small pieces for easy blending.

2. Blend

Add to blender:

  • Lime juice
  • Sugar/honey

Blend until completely smooth.
